/ Architectural Stillness
Grounded in the Mandrem canopy.
A nine-unit sanctuary shaped by coastal modernism, designed to preserve the existing forest floor and invite filtered daylight.

Honest Palette
Teak, concrete, and stone.
We pair raw concrete with local hand-cut stone and sustainably sourced teak wood. These honest materials age gracefully under the coastal breeze, developing a rich patina that reflects the Goan climate.
By avoiding high-gloss finishes, the architecture remains tactile and deeply integrated into the surrounding landscape.
The Design Mindset
The afternoon light in Mandrem dictates how we angle our terraces. We shape the concrete to welcome the coastal breeze.
